I saw Dr Voorhees last year and and I can't say enough good about her. She is the first one to listen to all of my concerns and not only approved the partial hysterectomy I needed but also performed it. Her staff was mindful of my concerns as far as my PTSD was concerned and they made accommodations accordingly. Now we are bringing our daughter to her because she was amazing and listened to me.

My LNP joined this group recently. I have been a patient for 7 years and was very excited she would be a mile from my home. After numerous attempts to communicate directly with her, I received a phone from the supervising doctor. All of my prescriptions are expiring and the earliest appointment I could get is December. The doctor reviewed my prescriptions and promptly said that my LNP would not refill two of my prescriptions. Keep in mind I have never met this doctor. Most of my medications I have been on for many years. She asked me if I had ever seen a psychiatrist or behavioral therapist. Again I have never met this doctor. She was rude and disrespectful and had no concern for my well being. I am sad to lose my LNP. She is a wonderful person and exceptional caregiver. I do not recommend this group.

I was waiting to finish my OB care with them before I rate but I can't wait anymore. The providers once you get to see them are good. My complain is every single one of my appointments, with the exception of my first visit, has been rescheduled. One time I went 8 weeks with three constant rescheduling before seeing a provider. Another time it was about an hour to my appt when I received a call saying it was being rescheduled. At my last recent one, I drove from Clarksville to Pleasant view to be told it had to be rescheduled, no one called or emailed me before hand. It was rescheduled to Oct 26, and what do you know, I just received an email saying that too has been rescheduled to Oct 28. How am I supposed to plan with this? This is the worst scheduling service I have had in my life, and it has just tainted everything.

Dr Davis will make you wait MONTHS to see him and then cancel the day of your appointment the day of. I would know because he has done this to me two times in a row! I will never go back to him or this center as they do not care about you as the patient.
