They told me they were calling in a prednisone pack and a Z-Pak to Walgreens but Walgreens only received the prednisone pack so now I don't have all the medicine I need.

They take walk-ins every day now. So no you don't have to but i would expect to wait longer and you probably won't have your own Dr see you unless they are the ones on that day.
