Great park to have your family over and go for a little swim near Tampa. Nothing funcy but great to pass an affordable afternoon with your family and friends

I like the pier to fishing ....in area there is boat ramp restrooms and fresh water, a clean white beach with shady palms,tha parking is for free

A very nice clean Park with plenty of room to picnic and play. A great dog park with access to the water so dogs can play in the bay shallows as well.

They have multiple shelters near each other but none by themselves house that many people to sit at once. It's a nice park with preset grills, 2 playground, bathrooms and beach access.

Yes but if the reserve signed shows reserved you can ask one of the rangers what time the shelter is reserved for and use it as long as your not using it during the reserved times. If the reserved sign us turned around that means available to anyone.
I think fireworks are prohibited there. But you can get away with it. More importantly, spray Down generously with moskeeto repellent.
