these are the best auto mechanics I've ever found scrupulously honest they fix the air conditioning on my 1996 Dodge ram van I brought it back three or four times and they didn't charge me at all for fine tuning it they are awesome they do what they say they're going to do every time and do it well I totally love this shop

I don't often leave bad reviews but my recent experience at auto air by ben is vastly different than some of the previous reviews. To start, the gentleman that was helping me was not Ben, not sure if there was a recent change in ownership but the man seemed to be in a managerial position. I can’t recall his name. They took a look at my truck and gave me the bad news that my compressor and fan clutch was faulty, 2 of the most expensive components. I received a quote for over 2300. While they were troubleshooting he told me they had put refrigerant in because it was low but they took it back out, what they put in, when they deemed that was not the issue (the cheap, simple fix) so they wouldn’t have to charge me. A couple weeks later I took it to another mechanic also specializing in auto air to do my due diligence. He told me upon upon checking the refrigerant level that there was none. Auto air by ben took it all, not just what they put in. The mechanic then cleared excess air out of the unit and put in the required refrigerant and it immediately worked as brand new. Very cold. I’m very happy I got a second opinion. I would definitely not recommend auto air or at least with any high priced repair, get a second opinion

Honest, friendly, and clean. I call the day before with some questions about my car a/c. Ben was patient while explaining over the phone. Walk-in next morning for a diagnosis. Once again, he explained the problem and offer solutions before doing any repairs. I read the reviews before visiting the place and can acknowledge to what others have to say. A positive experience. ✨️

Great service. Ben is a great guy and knows what he is doing. He wont guess what the problem so you dont have to pay more. I had problem with my AC that is suddenly stopped cooling and after awhile it cold again. I left home the AC wasn't cooling, halfway to Ben the AC stopped cooling again so when I arrived at the store been told me that I have to show up with the problem so he can diagnostic properly. Because my issue is either really or a compressor and he will not be sure and tell that problem appears. I had to leave and come back in a few days and I was lucky that it was only my relay that cost me around $30 instead of the compressor that would cost me $700+ . I think if it was someone else other than then he would charge me for the compressor fix it and change the relay the same time and I will be paying too much and the problem would be fixed for 700$+ not 30$. or even worse case scenario that he will tell me the compressor is bad and he will charge me for it and he will only fix the really and I would never know. Thanks Ben for the great service and for your honesty and professionalism.
