Summer Green apartments have put me through hell for rent that was stolen after I put it in their drop box. Even threatened eviction. Because my rent was stolen from their drop box. I had to beg for help from my job to get my rent re-paid. Thieves in the office? Not sure but where my money at?

Asking way Too high for a 1 bedroom apartment plus the condition and they put window AC units in a wall. Always hot probably cuz the wall installation are way out of date and plus constantly noise complaint from Neighbors...

After Covid hit and everyone who got help with there rent they made move after your lease was up This company isn’t great at all I hate to say it but they cheat you out of your deposit when it’s time to move clean all you want won’t make a difference! Rent has went up tremendously because of the economy and greed. They allow dogs to go as they please anywhere they run up on you as well on top of who has a dog park and not kid .
