Great place to live if you’re looking for management to be on point, maintenance men crossing their T’s and dot their I’s.. location is phenomenal. Their move in special is extremely helpful. I see some folks has had some issues i’m their apartment but every apartment complex has some bad points. I am not saying it’s perfect, I am saying it’s great. Seriously. It’s quiet, pet friendly, people friendly. Safe! I can go on and on… The key to having apartment disappointments are whether or not management gets the job down as quickly as possible and these people do just that. Robyn in management is a great person to be in charge, she hella compassionate. My wife adores her! If my wife is happy i’m in love. So keep an open mind people!

My family and I currently live at signature place. We been here coming up on a year. We loved it here! Management is super awesome, very understanding, communicative and dependable. Maintenance team is hands down fantastic. We have lived in many apartment complexes throughout eastern NC and we have never had a maintenance team respond so quickly to requests. They get the job down and they are polite and respectful. The apartments a very nice and spacious, clean and modern. We love the townhomes! Although, we reside in a regular apartment which is pretty great as well. The neighbors are quiet and pet friendly. Location! Location! Location! Signature place is so close to everything its bananas!! If we didn’t have so many children that makes lots of noise and requires a home setting, my husband and I would live here for a very long time! I would recommend moving here to anyone. Now, I must be honest every apartment has there pros and cons, I would say this complex needs bigger backyard patio space and depending on your budget could be considered pricey. For us it’s perfect. But, just check your budget ahead of time of course, and you’ll be fine with choosing this home. People please keep in mind we do live in NC, bugs are everywhere. Again, management and maintenance crew are fantastic so if you have a pest issue let them know and they will get on it immediately! Seriously! I hope I helped someone😀

If you’re ok with sharing your home with hundreds of roaches and rats then this’s the place to go! Walls and power outlets are infested by 100s of the most resilient roaches; absolutely deplorable condition! ZERO care, ZERO maintenance, ZERO customer service! When you move out, be ready to get scammed by receiving a statement from collection with fake costs that you’ll never be able to contest. You’d rather live on the street than living for free in such a piece of junk.

New manager is horrible about the towing policy. Blamed the reason that the company wasn’t towing on COVID and was insensitive enough to say COVID was over so they’re back enforcing. (Not sure when COVID ended when we’re still losing lives but ok) As a community we agreed that was absurd being that a lot of residents weren’t even issued stickers. We are literally in jail and can have no guests unless we let them know. You have to get a visitor pass before the weekend starts. If mom and dad wants to pop up they may as well say goodbye to their car unless they have 160 to get it out! Highly unfair! We’re adults and should be able to have surprise guests if we want. The manager let 1 person get their car out for free and the rest of us are trying to figure out why only 1 person when a lot of us didn’t get passes? I’ve been out here for over 5 years and if the management were nasty, they were nasty to all but never picked and chose who to let off the hook.
