Very dissatisfied with the whole experience, $900 a month for absolutely disgusting hallways, a pool that has been green more then half of the summer. And just and overall dirty apartment complex. It is easy to tell management does not care. DO NOT SIGN HERE!

Mice infestations, roach infestations, $100 parking in a small parking garage with a gate that works almost 50% of the year. You like random people entering your apartment complex, well you’ll love the many doors that are still broken so anybody can just walk in and gotta love never repairing emergency exit signs, or the tons of tons of trash in the parking garage and common areas. BLUF everything is broken all the time. Maintenance is useless and 24 hour help is more like after a week. Roaches, rats and trash. This is truly the most expensive yet somehow worst apartments in Greenville no matter what floor you’re on.
