Awful. They want to fill up the apartments quick without checking who they move in first. So many problems, and not one thing done, or emails answered. Front office wants to sound nice and helpful until you need help and they do nothing except say, “well she’s about to move soon”. Notice, where they commented back and said everything was refused. When told I was getting a AC cap that was never brought. When told to send proof of what was going on and it would be “handled” I never heard anything. Mediation was offered; but the reasoning for not was “we don’t know what other issues this would cause”. Never came and did an “inspection” for another resident living there that was there for months. I have the numerous emails I’ve sent with no response.

This place is a joke. My son moved in in August 2022 and there has been one thing after the other. First his move in was delayed several days because the furniture was delayed. Now mind you, he was not notified until the day before the move in. Also once him and his roommates moved in, there were multiple things that needed to be fix. The closet is broken, no oven rack in the oven, the dishwasher is backing up. My son filled out a maintenance form but still no response. They are backed up. Today I called the office and spoke with someone and they said the oven rack has been ordered but they can’t tell me when it will be in. So I know, that whenever you place an order, an estimated day of delivery is given. Per the lady in the office they can’t tell me when. Also I was told if I ordered one for my son, we wouldn’t be reimbursed.Now I thought cooking was a basic necessity of an apartment🤦🏾♀️. We will definitely not be staying here next year. If their rent was not received they would be quick to send a letter, but when a tenant needs something, they are slooooooowwwwww to resolve the issue! Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else so you can save yourself the hassle!

I recently toured here and staff were very pleasant and super helpful ! the grounds themselves were very nice too, i recommend looking here if you need and a good affordable housing !!
