Loyal Patient for about 3 years now and never had any problems. Current prescription is out of stock nationwide until Dec 2023! I couldnt fill my prescription as a result and have been searching pharmacies everywhere for a couple of months. I explained the situation and they refuse to write a different prescription unless I do bloodwork again and another appointment again. So in other words pay $170 Any caring doctor would’ve wrote a new prescription as a national shortage is out of my control. Clearly they just care about money. I decided to make a life changing decision to better my health. I've been struggling with severe lower back pain, knee pain, low energy and just about everything else that comes with being obese. I scheduled my appointment with Dr Marlowe beginning of July and have lost 31 lbs just by following a healthy diet.. I still have a long way to go towards my health and weight loss goals and am feeling strongly motivated. I am more than happy with the decision made and would refer any of my family and friends to Dr Marlowe.

This is one of the worse businesses I’ve ever set foot in they won’t stop calling or harassing me long after I stopped seeing them. The claims they make for weight loss leave you with disordered eating and make you feel guilty about everything that you eat. I will never step foot in that office again so you can stop calling me now thanks.

All about the money. They do not care about your physical well-being they just want your dollars. Total money grab. Told them i had to miss an appointment because of COVID exposure and they threatened to charge me a cancellation fee unless I agreed to a phone appointment. Their concern is for money not the patient. Support staff very rude and would not put Dr. Marlowe on the phone to discuss the situation. Many other options out there. I would exhaust them before going to this place. They just run people thru every 15 minutes and tried to get them hooked on phentermine. Set up to be a money machine not a medical clinic.
