Dr. Roquemore is an amazing vet, especially for cats! I have two difficult cats and she's been so thorough, patient, and kind that they don't display their usual aggression at the vet. Today's tech, Rachel, was also incredible. Can't recommend them enough!

So I really hate leaving reviews when someone I love is being cared for at a certain location BUT today was the first day that we encountered one of the staff members having an attitude about an appt. I understand that the world is stressed out from being short staffed, to COVID to Monkey Pox to prices being jacked up, but guess what, we're ALL in this together, lets be better, kinder humans! We don't crate train our dog so when we drop him off he is there for hours in a cage, as soon as we pull up he is shaking, trying to hide under the seat and has instant diarrhea, so today 8/28 he had an appt at 9:30am and we were told yet again he could be picked up at 1:30, I even asked if we could just keep him in the car until they were ready for him, Sabrina said no! So my fiance said we will just reschedule to a time that he doesn't have to wait in a cage so long and rolling her eyes and having an attitude Sabrina told him that would be 2 weeks out and to come in and get it scheduled, he told her late afternoon, she offered him 9/7 at 10am! He said LATE AFTERNOON, so we got it rescheduled! Dr. Goodnight has ALWAYS been a jewel to us, we have never met face to face because of COVID but she is very informative over the phone and I hope this review doesn't equal Winston being mistreated

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
If you get on a Banfield wellness plan (I have 3), some of your costs will be covered that way.
Hi Ed - Thanks for reaching out! Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We recommend contacting your nearest Banfield Pet Hospital to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
