The staff is very polite and friendly and was ready to help in any way possible. Our rabbit Domino was experiencing head tilt, but no vet near Waxhaw had any extensive experience with rabbits. Dr. Ericka Lail not only has the knowledge of rabbits, but recognized the symptoms to narrow the cure to a successful turnaround. She had answers to all our questions, and was up to date on the latest procedures in the field of pet rabbits. Highly recommend them!!

We truly appreciate the love and care given to our animals at Providence Animal Hospital. Dr. Lail is the best and the way she treats our elder animals is so greatly appreciated. Its hard to find so wonderful of a service but when you find them, you want to stay with them for your pets!! I would give them 10 stars if we could.

Finding a hamster vet is not the easiest thing to find, but we are lucky enough to have found 2 amazing ones here! Both very kind, knowledgeable & caring for our sweet little Pepper. Would definitely recommend for the care of your tiny critters. Thank you PAH

Absolutely great experience every time! I have been going here for years and have seen almost every doctor. Every single one provides exceptional care. My dog is bit much to deal with but the techs always know how to handle her in the best way possible. They are calm and patient and really build trust with her. Both the techs and receptionists provide stellar service every time. Everyone is so kind, compassionate, and friendly. They always make me feel like my pets are in the very best of hands.

Does providence animal hospital neuter guniea pigs

Yes Dr. B has done that before.

I have a 5 lbs Morkie. Can she take a heartgard tablet for up to 25 lbs? Seems like this would be too much for her small frame.

If she has gotten a heartworm test within the past month and the results where negative, yes. If not you might want to get a heartworm test done then give her the heartgard but the size dosage is correct.
