I can’t thank them enough!!!!My cat, who I’ve had since I was a kid, had a large non-cancerous tumor on his side, and lowkey, I was afraid of surgery for him, since he’s never had to have surgery before. But, luckily, I was blessed with the best vet ever. Dr Killion safely and successfully removed my Cats tumor, and I am just so relieved. Everyone there is extremely kind, and it’s a wonderful atmosphere around there. Banfield is now gonna be a part of my life forever lol. Seriously though.

My dog and cat come here regularly and it is always a pleasant experience. They remember my pets whenever we come in and always answer all of my many many questions! My dog was having some weird medical issues that weren’t getting resolved at other veterinary offices and I decided to try this location a few years ago. When I went to this location, the vet went above and beyond for us. She listened to all of my concerns, took them seriously, and did not stop until the issue was fixed! My dog is happier and healthier because of this vet and I can not thank them enough!

It's okay for a chain vet but all they want to do is drops. Get your animal a regular vet at a real animal hospital.

They don’t allow for you to stay and wait and take the dog home immediately without it being a headache to do so. Every time I leave her for a drop off appointment I come back and can hear her screaming barking from the time I enter the store. When they finally get up to get her back to me she is shaking like a leaf. Every. Single. Time. Do yourself a favor and pay $500 a year to take your dog to a place that treats animals as if they own them. Not to this banfield. I have friends that have had better experiences at different locations, but everybody I know who’s taken their dogs to this location has similar stories. To pay $500 a year to take my dog here for her to be treated poorly is completely unacceptable.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
