When it was 33 East it was okay but now that Keystone Management took over it's consistently gone downhill. Being overbearing with rules and guidelines but not fixing up the property or the apartments despite holding us to the letter of the law in the lease. They took over and immediately remodeled the leasing office that already looked perfect and still have troubled fulfilling maintenance requests on the apartments people actually live in. Plus the fact that the office is closed so much more than it use to be under the old management. I can't even go up there when I need something without expecting it to not be open anymore. But they will fine you for not fulfilling your stuff when they literally had no one to talk to.

Where should I start. Maintenance is nonexistent, front desk workers are unprofessional and disrespectful, trash is covering the ground everywhere, gunshots at least once a week. Been waiting for a new door since DECEMBER 2021 and was told it isn’t a priority and was offered to be let out of my lease over it instead of just replacing my door. Don’t know why I resigned.

They treat their tenants terribly. They have people living in units with no A/C and with non functioning keys. Can’t secure the unit when they’re not there and if they did try to, they would be locked out for God knows how long because maintenance won’t come out to fix anything or answer calls on the emergency lines. If 0 stars could be given, they wouldn’t even deserve that.

There isn’t a single worst place to live in all of Greenville. I’m not able to put into words how shockingly bad the housing is, how absolutely inferior and incompetent the emergency maintenance team is. You won’t have functioning keys, functioning ac, or a open office to address any of those problems so good luck I guess! These are all issues that are occurring AFTER the change in management too, so a name change and a change of hands is not improving anything around here. Our thermostat is broken and actually will not turn off, so it’s just blowing heat into our apartment nonstop, unfortunately this isn’t an emergency because it’s cool enough outside! It’s 92 degrees in the house and only getting hotter, but what does that matter when it’s only like 78 degrees outside yknow? That’s what we were told by maintenance. Someone said they were coming, but called their supervisor for a reason not to instead because they really didn’t feel like coming out here. Emergency maintenance doesn’t come for key issues either so maybe keep a pillow and blanket in your car so you have somewhere to sleep when they inevitably don’t show up when your key stops working. But sleeping in your car is risky around here too because those get broken into every night. But you may have a better time sleeping in your car, because the constant domestic violence happening onsite makes it a bit of a hassle to sleep in your apartment with all the screaming and fighting you can hear. So idk maybe just make your life easier and sign ANYWHERE else.
