Got our order wrong but didn't know until we reached our destination. I let the manager know and this cat insinuated i was lying. I demanded nothing. I asked for nothing and expected nothing except to inform them. Email i got was as snotty as can be. I'll not return to this dump.

Ordered through the online app. Asked for no tomatoes and onions. Sub had both on it. Amazing how hard it is to simply not put something on a sub.

First time for Firehouse and we're like, we have definitely been missing out on great food. The meatball sub I will be dreaming about and the Book and Ladder was just fabulous. It had chopped cucumbers that brought it over the top! We'll be repeat customers working our way down the menu!
