If you’re a health sciences student looking to live here for convenience please don’t some of the buildings are old and completely infested with cockroaches. We see them inside and outside daily they live in the walls of the building itself. We have asked Treybrooke multiple times to spray the apartment but the cockroaches will not go away. I cannot wait to move out to heritage or other complexes nearby. Treybrooke has the worst amenities near the campus along with some of the highest costs. You don’t even get to class that fast in the morning because there aren’t any lights so you have to wait for the street to be completely clear to cross.

Great apartments and very nice staff. Not generally a bad neighborhood but had some minor trouble recently. Still a great living space and atmosphere and not too expensive!

By far, Treybrooke has been the best apartment community we have ever experienced. The staff is amazing & prompt. They are very welcoming & always there to serve you. The gym, the pool, the tennis court are in great shape & are always well maintained. The laundry room is always clean & functional. Thanks Treybrooke for an amazing experience. Highly recommended!
