Our room smelled like wet carpet, very musty, bathroom fan extremely loud and couldn’t turn it off unless the light was off, room never cooled down much, sink drained very very slow, tiles around shower cracked. Realized after we left I had bites all over my leg. When we checked out I asked who I could speak with about the issues and was told to call later when they weren’t busy

The staff is very cordial and respectful. The room is nicely designed, the only compliant I have which isn't a complaint just a "why is that". The bathroom doesn't have a vent fan so showers is a foggy mess afterwards. Other than that this location has all creature comforts.

This location fit my business needs with a comfortable room, budgetary rate, and usual amenities including continental breakfast and hot coffee 24/7 as well as friendly and helpful staff!

Overall, my son and I had a good experience at Fairfield Inn. The shower facilities were nice and clean. There were plenty of cups which I needed to take my medication. The bed was comfy and the pillows were soft. The breakfast was okay. I know that COVID caused some restrictions for breakfast. The only complaint I had was that our room, number 206, was right by the indoor pool. It was kind of bizarre to look out the window and see people swimming. We could also hear when people were swimming although usually it was quiet when we actually went to bed for the night. Otherwise, the accommodations were fine.
