During the night the bathroom floor flooded, clothes that were hanging on the hanger/rack got wet. The tub was stained/dirty and you could see daylight around the outside door. The office manager was not the least bit apologetic or willing to listen to our issues.

Staff was very pleasant! However the property is very rundown and upkeep seems to have stopped. Our 1st room smelled horrible and once we moved it was better but way over priced for what we got. Won't be back for sure.

Positive: We weren't bothered by any noise, and the people working there were nice enough. Bed was comfortable. Negative: Dirty room, non-smoking but smelled faintly of smoke; saw two bugs in bathroom; bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom & light shone in the eyes of anyone sleeping; room was not cleaned after first night; corner of fitted sheet kept coming loose.

Too many full time residents. Broken down vehicles setting in the good parking spots Loud cars in and out till 3am. Rooms vary from OK to down right NASTY. If you stay, ask to see the room first. If you get 1st floor, prepare for rugrats running back and forth.
