lady that cut my hair was on the rude side. i kept trying to tell her several times that i only wanted an inch trimmed off equally all over, and she kept saying something about how my hair was 3 inches long (???), or something like that. no clue, honestly. what i requested was pretty straightforward. in the end, she ended up cutting it way shorter than i wanted it. i recommend the frederica great clips if you choose great clips

My husband took my son to get his hair cut today and he showed the lady a detailed picture of what he wanted done to his hair. She didn't listen at all! She went way to short on the sides and back and barely cut the front of his head! If I was there I wouldn't have paid at all bc this was unprofessional! Do better and listen to your customers!!!!! If I could give 0 star I would! I do not recommend this place for anyone's teenager wanting a haircut! Go to an actual barbershop !

The people were friendly and professional, and if your appointment isn’t quick and convenient then you’re not using the app like you should be. However I got the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had. It’s so butchered I have to shave my head today just to fix it
