I've been on hold for 2hours what is the deal never in my life have I been done this way if you can't answer the phone then why have it this is ridiculous I've called 10 times at least today and all I've got is put on hold I've been ordering from here for ten years or more never have I been put on hold more then a few min. It seems to me like all u are talking is on line orders.

The driver decided to drop off our food at someone else’s house. We always get food delivered and never had any issues. But the fact that he was too lazy to deliver it right to our door is beyond me. We’ve had several issues with food quality at this location many many times and we used to call them in but we eventually stopped. There is no point of wasting our valuable time on giving feedback. The last straw was when the driver decided not to deliver to our door. When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t even apologize and told me I could call corporate. We will no longer continue being a customer. I won’t bother calling corporate because I know there’s nothing that’s going to change.

I got pizza 10 minutes ago. We usually go to this place with my uncle. Never disappointed with this place.

Ordered Pineapple-Habanero Chicken-- the second time there is zero Mango Habanero sauce- which makes for a very dry chicken dinner. Tried to leave review but only option was to call store--the store too busy to make this order correctly.
