Ms Carla the manager was so nice & helpful , i am disabled & was put into room wer i could not get into tub, we had 2 rooms , Ms Carla was able to get me a room wit walk in shower, & also was adjoining rooms for my family who assist me . its no fun being disabled but people like Carla make my day . Cassie at the front desk was excellent in her customer service! thank you both for making our stay memorable

Bugs crawling around in the lobby. Bugs crawling around in my bathroom. They didn't change my bed sheets they just remade the bed. The bed sheets smelled like mildew. They make promises of having popcorn and water in the room but they don't. They were defensive when I brought up the bug situation and said it was summer what do you expect? I expect a clean hotel my bed sheets changed and popcorn and water in my room.

The rooms are big, beds were comfortable, and staff was polite. They could definitely use to invest in a carpet shampooer to clean the carpets and furniture. They also need to install grab bars in the shower. But overall I would stay here again.

Large rooms, high ceilings, excellent shower, nice staff, but a bit run down, funky smells and needs a good cleaning and some renovation to come up to CS standards.
