Bad. Just bad. I can not believe that the MAIN tourist draw to one of the nastiest cities I have ever been to (And I have lived and worked in New Orleans in the summer) allows THIS to be labeled as their parking structure. Seriously?? How? Let's start with the plethora of broken/whole liquor bottles scattered from our parking spot to the street to the dank dark nasty alley we had to walk down to get to the Arch. Then there was the absolutely beautiful and hugely overwhelming smell of what I can only describe as 10 day expired PortaJhon. Seriously I've been to county fair outhouses that smelled like a spring rose compared to that place. The Arch was really interesting and totally recommend it. Save yourself the horror show and park by the boat tours and river side. If it's flooded, come back later when it's not. St. Louis sucks.
