She is an amazing first impression in your office, an asset for your company. Also, my husband and I have been assisted by Giselle and Yanelis. They are assertive, sweet and professionals. Your office is blessed to have such employees.

It took 30 minutes from my appointment to finally get seen. I had a 30 second condescending conversation with the dentist who told me I needed to get braces. I told her I'm fine, but kept pushing it, and I had to keep saying no. They also wanted to do a root canal and crown on a tooth that per light density showed no significant difference on my other teeth, and had no pain. Perhaps other Aspen Dental places are good - but this location is an absolute scam. Avoid this place if you can.

From the very beginning, Excellent service and friendly staff! Dr Carlton, dental assistant: Porsha and hygienist Mayleen were Phenomenal!! Got me into my appointment quick, friendly service and good price! Very happy with Aspen Dental 😊

Temporaries placed on prepped teeth. No patient education given at all on use until permanent crowns are ready; thank goodness I’m an RN and know to only eat soft, non-sticky foods. Both temporaries fell out even after I used denture adhesive (I have pics). Waste of time and money. This is nothing more than a franchise. REVISITED REVISION: I could’ve easily deleted my review but I wanted to give everyone at this office appreciated credit for rectifying my dissatisfaction. My issues were addressed throughly and I’m grateful for that. Thank you for your immediate attention in this matter.
