This location is seriously horrible, 3 years ago I went to get a bell pepper bundle only to come home and find them rotting on the insides! Yesterday I decided to go back and give the place another shot. I went to grab some "fresh" avocados, only to find them already brown on the inside (it's the fact that they weren't even soft yet ) the meat is NEVER good here. I was greeted by the cashier at checkout, and asked if I found everything okay, and I let him know that I was struggling to find some packaged ham (since the deli was closed 2 hours early from closing) he couldn't give an s^##^ about what I said and didn't even offer to have an employee help me locate it. Every employee lacks personality here and puts off the "I'm ready to go home vibe" it's so dead here and filthy + it's overpriced!!

Dirty, smells,meat quality is low, and you can notice when they flip and repacked the meat to make it look fresh, the only good is the cashier's.

Henry, a supervisor there, should not be interacting with customers. I’ve been going to Bravo for over 10 years. I have had some bad experiences with meat products but I still gave them a chance because for the most part, I can always find my Caribbean groceries there. But that’s it. I will never go back, ever! I have never been treated so disrespectfully by anyone in any store period. Henry does not need to be in customer service.

Walked into the back where a little cafe is got a beautiful Cafe coletcher coffee it was so delicious and inexpensive... They have all kinds of Mexican treats pastries and sandwiches really cool... The produce is gorgeous, colorful and looks delicious... Unique items that you probably won't find very many other places and the prices... Spectacular!!!
