Would be a ok place if u could get the manager lady out n do actual upgrades instead of non licensed and insured contractors that don't even know how to put water meters in. Or how about the electrical. It's 2 inches below the dirt. Lol joke

Unsure if there's any mobile rentals in the community? I've relocate Deltona from Jacksonville, Fl. to be closer to family. Looking to rent something more private 1-2 bedroom, small than a house...I'm a 56 year single and disable.
