After reading the numerous horror stories from this stealership I’m glad my wife and I didn’t choose to purchase from here. It’s evident through numerous reviews here that they don’t own up to their issues. Why would you, the customer, buy from a dealership that notoriously doesn’t resolve customer concerns? Seriously read some of these. They don’t honor their own warranties, they either lie or are too incompetent to tell the customer the features/capabilities of the cars and trucks you buy from them. One person asked specifically if the truck he was looking to buy was able to haul a trailer. Sales and dealer said yes, it can haul that trailer just fine. Guy goes to buy the trailer, it doesn’t work just fine. Dealer takes no responsibility so customer now has a truck that can’t haul a new trailer he purchased. Another family purchased an SUV that was promised WIFI capabilities. They were told from their phone carrier and dealership to wait a few days for the VIN. Lo and behold the SUV doesn’t have WIFI capability, and guess what stealership won’t take any responsibility?? I find myself very lucky that Chad was so annoying and unhelpful. He needs to continue dissuading people to buy cars there. If you guys reply, don’t act like I wasn’t there because I’m not in your “system.” We were there last night, 10/04/2022. Maybe in previous reviews your salesmen were incompetent and forgot to enter the people in question. Also, this dealership WOULD NOT allow us a week to bring a purchased used car from them to a third party garage for inspection. Under special circumstances they said they would allow 48 hours. Comical. Do not go here, they don’t take ownership. This is the dealership that gives dealerships bad names. EDIT AFTER DEALER REPLY: That’s strange. You should probably inform your sales managers about that pre purchase inspection because my wife and I were sitting in the sales office and not the salesman nor manager informed us of that. I hope that answers your question..

Earnhardt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an organized dealer handling multiple vehicles. I was encouraged that they were knowledgeable about my diesel vehicle, answered my questions, and took care of my needs promptly. I was in and out in under two hours for my fuel filter change. Go to the dealership and see what you can work out with them. They do have lenders who will finance regardless of your credit score. You could also try getting financing on your own through your financial institution or Credit Union .

It depends on whether it's synthetic or conventional and you could do a two-year contract with so many on filter changes that would be a lower-cost option in the long run.
Service is open most weekday holidays including Presidents Day, Veterans Day, MLK holiday, etc. Service is closed on 4th of July, Memorial Day & Labor Day. The entire store is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
