Salesperson was surprised I was concerned about dashboard light that could've meant $10-$600 service needed. Two days later the price went down so I emailed him I'd like to buy it and he never responded.

As long as you have a verifiable job, address and down payment with full coverage insurance they will most likely be able to get you financed.
It depends on the Year, Model, and Options you would like with your Silver Mercedes
Not that I'm aware of, but there could be a few exceptions to that on occasion. The cars they sell seem to be nice looking and nice running dependable vehicles. They are expanding so it wouldn't hurt to call them to double check. Hope that helps!
