This is by far, one of the worst banking institutions in central Ohio, and I would not recommend PNC Bank to anybody. Will keep my money elsewhere.

More than one employee wouldn't check me in and I told them I didn't know how to check myself in to be served.

Friendly staff, but they didn't get my account number right even when I gave it to them. They forgot to sign my cashier's check and it made me have to come back and redo the entire transaction. Also didn't ask for my ID until the second time I came back.
