Did not have a good experience here. Came for a regular eye exam. One of the staff was quite unfriendly. During the initial exam, I was very briefly told about a retinal scan that was going to add an additional charge to my visit. Instead of confirming that I was okay with accepting the charge and doing this scan, they did it quickly before I had a chance to decline or fully understand the necessity of it. It felt somewhat dishonest and shady. At the end of the visit I asked if they could measure my pupillary distance. They refused, stating they only measure this if I am getting glasses with them; otherwise they stated it would be an additional $25 charge. Overall I was disappointed with their customer service and lack of transparency. I would not return in the future.

I was referred here by imed urgent care after getting a chunk of metal in my eye. They was able to get me in as a walk in and get the metal removed same day. It was a quick and painless process and they didn't keep me waiting. They was very polite and professional and I would recommend them.

Dr. Miller and Rae are excellent! They really made me feel as though my vision was their #1 priority when I called. I was 2 hours out of town but Rae called another doctor in the city I was in and got me in right away. I wasn't expecting a follow up call so it was a very pleasant surprise to check my voicemail to find a message from Rae following up to make sure that I had been taken care of and that I received the care I needed from the other practice. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing eye care!
