I'm a otr truck driver that picked up here...nice spot very nice people...dock area was a little tight because of a tractor parked in the area but I was able to get in without having it moved.. it was 2nd pickup for 11 plts...they loaded it in a timely manner and I was ready within an hour ...got there a little before they finished lunch break so that was some of the wait time..only issue was getting to the place...the city should support them a little better with some road improvements...the entrance is a button hook right...I was fine with no snow on the ground but I would b very aware of my surroundings if snow were a factor....I'll give them a 4 ..prob should b a 5 but an inexperienced driver may struggle here...it's out in the country so I would think arriving over night and just sleeping there wouldn't b a problem....
