The hotel was right across the street from the beach which was awesome because it was very busy there. From this location you didn’t need the car could walk everywhere in town. Only thing I didn’t like was our room was suposed to have a pull out bed for the kids which it didn’t have but they gave us a cot for the kids. Also the coffee shop downstairs was closed but they have free hot cholcolate and coffee near the front desk 24-7 which was cool!

Very accommodating staff! I feel as though they went above and beyond during our weekend stay. I would have liked to have the room serviced during stay but its still understandable. A microwave inside the rooms rather than a communicable one only inside the lobby would be a nice addition. We will definitely plan to stay in the future, as we have been to many other hotels in the area with much less cleanliness and standards. Thanks again for your outstanding staff!

My wife and I are from Texas and visited the New England area for the first time Apr 27-May2. I picked the hotel off of reviews I read. The only complaint was a lot of businesses were not open due to the season but the staff was great, friendly, and always greeted us when we came to the lobby. They were very helpful when it came to helping us find some local areas to visit. The room was clean but we did have a problem with the balcony door. It did not have a lock on it but we were on the 3rd floor so it wasn't a big deal for us. If we go back to this area, this will be a place we'd like to stay again.

we had the most wonderful time at this hotel. with a staff member named Heaven Lee how could it not be. it was our 51st anniversary and since covid our first celebration in two years. the room was spacious and clean. our balcony allowed us to hang outside when we wanted. being winter we didn't expect 58 degrees; however we got that for our two days AND a beautiful sunrise. we came home wishing we had a longer. as we say in sports, wait till next year. thanks for a wonderful anniversary.
