For sure the best service around! The manager Patrick was extremely helpful and attentive. He and his staff went above and beyond to walk me through the process, explain everything, answer my questions and accommodate all of my needs. I came here for my first time to get tires a few months back left very happy and returned for service recently. Both times the customer service and work were great as well as very decent prices. The facility is extremely clean and the waiting room is quiet and comfortable. I am completely satisfied and will be a customer going forward for any work on our vehicles. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

I had a nail in my rear tire and problem with sensor at the same time. On the way from work I stop by at the Mavis Tires & Brakes to check the tires - they were very busy, but so nice taking me in the same day - they replaced my tire sensor and fixed the tire in very reasonable waiting time. The store manager Patrick was very helpful and attentive that he took care of my tires that same day . All staff were friendly and professional, knowledgeable …. I am very happy with the service and I will recommend this place to everyone. I am giving 5 starts, as this was my better experience than my previous tire place I went to.

On October 31, 2021 I showed up to Mavis frantic and nearly in tears because right before I left to get on the road to NYC, my tire pressure lights came on. I attempted to fill the tires on my own at a local gas station and the machine took air out of my tires instead of filling them up. My back tires were down to the teens (they were supposed to be at 32). Most car repair shops were closed because it was Sunday, but Mavis was open and took me in immediately. The staff checked out my car, filled my tires, and sent me on my way within minutes. The man who serviced my car was even kind enough not to charge me. I was able to reach NYC in time for the event and did not have any trouble with my tire pressure. Thank you Mavis! I am beyond grateful for your care and service and would highly recommend. I will definitely use them again.
