I came into try out a used RS5 that I had seen online. It was easy to approach the kind employees there and they introduced me to Julio who would further assist me in the process. It was an easy and no pressure situation. He was patient and thorough in showing me all of the cars features and helped me out on the test drive. He and Tofi helped me with eventually going through the deal, which they made very easy for me. This was my first time buying a car and the experience was nice. Julio delivered the car to my hometown in Vermont and ran me through the features of the car again, not in any rush. I hope that our family is able to do business through Julio and Audi Shrewsbury as they were very professional through the process and very smooth to work with.
