They closed down for renovations for a few weeks and I guess the only way to know that is to visit the location and read the sign posted there. The business number had no message to let you know that they are closed and when they will re-open. Apparently, basic members can use another PF at no charge while they are closed but how do you find that out when there is nothing posted on their app or phone message! Communication could have been handled a lot better.
Dude How Was It
After all that time remodeling and no new machines - specifically the treadmills! How long before you change anything out? The treadmill belts literally slip and will cause an injury. What a let down. Time to shop new gyms. What’d you guys do change the wallpaper and add a neon sign. 😭👏👏

I went there today, 6/18 around 4 pm to do cardio. I went up to the service desk to ask about TVs # 5 & 8, since they have been just showing the static "Direct TV" ad this whole week, and I need HGTV or news or something other than sports to keep my mind occupied while on the elliptical. This is how the conversation went: "Hello, I was wondering about TVs # 5 & 8, they've been down since early in the week, and I need HGTV! LOL" Person # 1 - "We have no control over the TVs" "Ok, well can you tell someone who does so that they can get fixed?" Person # 2 - "Well I'm the assistant manager, and I can't control them." "Well can you tell the manager then?" Person # 2 - "We don't see him." "Does he have a business card here or a way for a client to contact him?" Person # 2 - "No." Neither does the website or FB page have any means to contact someone regarding an issue.......I know it's a silly thing, but basic courtesy? Customer service? Lie to me and tell me you will be sure to tell the manager..."

I felt it necessary to share my experience at this Planet Fitness because the customer service here, at least at the crack of Dawn on Monday and Tuesday is fabulous. I’m an avid CrossFit goer and really only come here for running during the winter. I’ve developed a bit of a routine where I can come in the morning and run and then tan. The gentleman who works here in the morning makes it a point to be around for the time I’m off the treadmill and ready to tan. He’s aware of my routine and it makes a huge difference. I’ve considered changing to a gym closer to my home for running purposes that’s even more reasonable but I’ve remained here solely due to this level of customer concern. It makes my mornings easier. So, thank you! It’s nice to find places with humans who have it together and care to do their jobs well!

I know one has closed. I think out towards gardner. Don't know about Shrewsbury, I was wondering too. I think the safest bet is to workout at home.
They do yes. May only be for black card members tho
Showers are open. Hours are not 24/7 they should be on their website
Hi, Maddy! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately PF is not free for teens, however, if you have a Black Card® Membership you are allowed to bring a guest for free with you when you go workout! Also, just for future reference: You can join PF starting at the age of 13 with a parent/legal guardian’s permission; they must be present with you during the sign-up process. Members aged 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when they work out. Members who are 15 to 17 years old must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian on file. Please note that any PF Black Card® guests must be 18 years old with a valid ID, unless they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Yes to the first two, but no to a steam room
