I visited 525 Titus Ave Roch. NY today 9/10/22, to pick up my glasses. Which I ordered on 8/28/22. Supervisor, Lisah could not find my frames. After sometime she suggested I look for another set of frames. Another employee tried looking as well with no luck. Bottom line I was give a refund. I requested the Manager name (Valerie McManus) & Corporate number. Please tell me why would I want to do business with you again. I will NEVER do business with this branch again!! Poor policy & processes.

Sick of vision works, not only is it impossible to speak to ANYONE on the phone you go in to order a replacement pair and that isn't even handled... two weeks later no glasses because the women behind the counter did not order … wow after I receive this pair I will just take my business elsewhere because this type of stuff happens ALLLL the time with some of the staff although I do love the doctor at this location but I can not deal with the incompetent people at the desk.

AWFUL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! I waited for a half an hour just to tell the receptionist that I wanted my glasses adjusted. Then another hour before I finally left. The receptionist was leaving people at the desk unattended to while she chatted it up with her coworkers. They did not have nearly enough people working for the amount of clientele they had. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FROM ALL ASPECTS!!! Everyone should be fired.

Yes. It takes about to weeks to get your glasses
They do but good luck in trying to get a hold of them at this location,they never answer the phone. Other locations do and when I stopped by even though lady at the desk wasn't even busy and only one customer at the store she said they are too busy to answer calls. This location is a joke compare to their other locations
