I had an exam and bought new glasses and contacts- the staff there was so laid back and friendly. The doctor was very professional (i saw dr fertel) and put me at ease quickly (i'm a little nervous in doctors offices!). It was conveniently located with plenty of parking (it is in a strip mall on the corner of lapalco and barataria). 5 stars! thanks!

Yes they do
If you mean as a walk-in , then yes you can but the people scheduled for appointments will be seen first and they will try and fit you in where they can to get seen.
