Waited in drive thru for 26 minutes with nobody ahead of us. They needed “time”. So we waited and then we’re able to place our order. I had to repeat my complete order three times and on the third time a second butted in and said “she had all of that anything else?” Then they wouldn’t put it on the screen so we could confirm the order as correct. We get to the window and they repeat back the order, drinks weren’t right and they missed a sandwich. I pointed it out and they said they didn’t ring us up for that. Wendy’s is great, but this facility I stay away from because it is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. So much for giving them another chance 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

We ordered online 30 minutes ahead and go to pick it up and wait 30 minutes. Literally wasted lunch break on this wendys. It's not even like it's the first time. I've waited longer before multiple times. And they literally missed a whole nugget and got our sauces wrong. Like how do you have 30 minutes to get my food right but still find a way to mess it up? Last week when I went it was quick and easy, but what happened in the span of a week omg.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most ghetto, poorly staffed Wendy’s. They never have menu items, and you have to sit in line for 10+ minutes just for them to give you an order that doesn’t have everything in it. They need to shut this place down.

In the U.S. you can start working at 15, but employers are required to limit hours during the school year. The Louisiana Workforce Commission has great resources to learn more about youth employment. However, you should contact the manager at the Wendy's location you're thinking about to see if they have specific requirements. You can also find info on the Careers section of their website.
