Did not honor my appointment time. Said they never got my confirmation but I did indeed confirm. Never told me they gave away my appointment to someone else so I showed up and got turned away. I waited in the area for a cancellation. Someone else cancelled and they still wouldn't take me.

Time for my annual eye exam. Exam was quick and the doctor was cool. Was able to get a set of frames and lenses ordered and they came in less than two weeks later. Pleasant experience.

Hello! We accept hundreds of insurance plans over multiple states, so it's best to contact the location you wish to visit to see if they are in network with your specific plan.
The service has gotten drastically worse in the past year. Important note; I am a Crane Operator. I went in for an eye exam over 3 months ago and am yet to receive a pair of contacts that sit on the proper degree of roatation(astigmatism/axis) nor the proper prescription strength. The original trial pair I was given was a horrible fit(which happens, completelynormal). When attempting to pick up another trial pair, they attempted to give me the 6 month supply of the original trial pair that did not fit. Over a month later, when headed out of town to work, due to not ordering a 2nd trial pair, they give me 2 trial pair out of their samples box, both pair included one contact that was at least 40 degrees off the proper axis. Now, over 3 months into this battle, last week, finally got the Eye Dr on the phone. He said he seen where the numerous mistakes were made, and promised to attempt to have a proper trial pair overnight delivered in attempts to get them to me this past weekend.
