The manager is blatantly rude. I’ve never been anywhere that deals with customers and has someone with that awful of an attitude. She knew nothing about pools or equipment, but she knew how to be very unpleasant. What’s crazy is I’m reading other reviews, and there are 10 complaining about the same manager. To the owner: you are losing a lot of business for a bad reason. We’ll he ordering all our products online moving forward.

It was my first time shopping for pool supplies and I was hoping to get some guidance from the sales associate, but she seemed annoyed by questions and wasn’t very helpful and walked away.

Do not purchase anything from Leslie's Pool & Spa. I ordered a spa cover measuring 7' x 7' the employee ordered it there in the store. When I received the shipment it measured 8' x 8'. I want to the store to get this problem corrected after calling the head office, the manager told me that she didn't want the cover sitting around in her store. She even admitted that they ordered the wrong cover. Her name is Ashley and could care less about helping me. She needs to be replaced with a more caring people friendly person. I have all of my paperwork as proof of my order.

I have been to the Westbank location a handful of times over this summer. Ashley was incredibly rude and told me I needed to buy things from that store because I asked a few questions and had my water tested and wasn't buying anything even though I bought something every visit totalling over $200. I will not go back and would not recommend them to anyone.

Questions & Answers

Hi, My above ground pool is filthy after this weather we’ve had. It’s 600 gallons. This is my first year with a pool. Should I drain it and start over next year? HELP!!

If you're not going to use it for the rest of the season I'd go ahead and drain it. I'm assuming having a 600 gallon capacity that it is a frameless pool with the inflatable ring at the top that rises as it's being filled?

Is the Gretna store open on Sunday
