I’m really disappointed I have been using America Best for years I went to get glasses in March from the Metairie location. My glasses broke last week took it in thinking they could repair the little part that broke the young lady tells me that they cannot fix them that I had to have insurance which when I purchased the glasses the young lady did not tell me about the insurance she kept trying to sell me the thin lens Not once told me about the insurance which I would have purchased since my glasses were so expensive I was very upset I don’t think I will be using them anyone I paid almost 300 for some glasses that did not last me not even six months.

Mable, the Optical Supervisor, was a real standout! She is the sweetest, so professional, and very good at what she does! I am happy to have found my new go-to place for eye care.
