The rooms were filthy. There were stains on the carpet, a musky odor, rust on the fixture, and damaged furniture. The mattresses had brown and yellow stains and what appears to be a bed bug was discovered in the morning of the first day. We checked out, reported the issues and requested a refund. I would never stay at this property again.

Great hotel with a great location. We stayed four nights and enjoyed it very much. Close to everything in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and much more. Breakfast was always plentiful with many choices. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Staff was kind and they have fresh cookies every day.

Would be better the rating actually loved the room jus service with staff really, they messed up my room with jus double beds instead of a king suite and told me cant do anything about it.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while. It beats Marriott The workers are very polite the breakfast is very delicious and clean. The house keepers also complete stay overseas keeping your room organized and stocked The courtyard is peaceful and beautiful

Stayed there just a few weeks ago, and the hotel is nice and clean, well-kept and good staff.
I also don't remember what was on, but it was a definite step up from a standard continental breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel back in September and they had a shuttle. I am not certain if it went to the cruise port but I do know that it went to the airport.
