Horrible hotel. Holes in the wall. Mold growing in the bathroom. The tub looks like someone washed parts in it. The shower head was ducted taped. The pool looked like a swamp. The refrigerator won't get cooler than 55 degrees. The power went out in my room and the front desk told me my only solution was to check out. They offered no resolution or refund. To top it off yhere was a DEAD BODY in the room next to mine.

The front desk names Chelle, Shelle, Chell or Shell, wouldn't let me have 2 boiled eggs as she was carting the container full of boiled eggs because "breakfast was over", then she wouldn't let me make a waffle because "breakfast was over", yet she let an employee make a waffle. That, to me, meant that employees are more valued than guests. Then the other evening she wouldn't let me make a quick cup of coffee because she said lobby was closed. It was 7:05 pm. Yet I was inside the lobby. I'm a guest who has been staying here now for 3 weeks and has paid around $2100 so far, yet she's so cruel to me. Why is she so rude to me? Does she treat all guests this way or just me?My weak heart can't takes this discrimination, hurt and extreme stress she continually causes towards me. She's usually the morning and daytime clerk Mondays through Fridays.

Check out is 11 but they knocking like the police at 9:50 & the front desk don't see anything wrong with it. Yelling out in the parking lot 2am & once again front desk does nothing. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Rooms were clean but carpentry could use a little TLC. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not bad for the price.
