Clean room, but low water pressure in sink and shower drain was clogged. Front desk is very kind and courteous. Room didn’t have a lot of lighting, so it’s pretty dark in room.

Get in the far right lane.. a short right to the entrance of the hotel. pay attention traffic signals!! Nice fact.. you can park on whatever floor your room reservation. Free breakfast. No dinner.. but there a diner next door

There has got to be better detailed house cleaning service and more security cameras stationed throughout the perimeter of the property (including the parking decks.) It's a nice facility but there's no excuse.

Yes large attached parking garage
No. We are not a pet friendly hotel. Only service animals, and service dogs do not bark. If someone has a dog, they more than likely snuck them in
Free parking (garage) on site.
This location is nice, much more updated than the Bossier City location. I have stayed there 3 times over the past two years on business. Pleasant stays.
