My truck was dropped of on Wednesday morning at 9 am for my appointment. I used the text that I received to request status updates over the next few days. Those were not answered. I called for status and my truck was still not finished running diagnostics at the end of Thursday. I still did not get a response back. My husband started calling on Friday and we didn't receive an email with the issue until Saturday. It was a battery and they weren't sure they had one in stock. My truck is a Chevy Avalanche. The time it took, lack of communication and overall experience was awful.

Service was good , but the price to evaluate the problem and make the fix of changing two small Hoses was too expensive ($1500). I will try a local mechanic before going back to Matt Bower Service.

Matt Bowers Chevy was excellent. The staff was very friendly and not pushy like some dealerships. I truly feel like I received the best deal at this dealership considering the vehicle shortage and the rising interest rates. When I visited Best Chevy, Banner Chevy, and Leson Chevy, I felt like my money and I were getting taken advantage of. Matt Bowers Chevy treated me fairly. Hats off to the staff!
