The drivers demand tips from passengers. This is unconscionable. If the passenger doesn't speak clear English the drivers demand huge tips. On sept 2nd on a ride from JFK to Albany the driver demanded a $50 tip from my wife!!! The ride was $65 ($80 with tolls & taxes)

Terrible experience. Instead of driving down to JFK in a comfortable van, we’re squashed like sardines into a 5 passenger SUV. Smallest passenger grabbed the front seat so we have a 6 foot male sitting in the middle of the backseat. Also, no seat belts to be found which is ILLEGAL. The only saving grace is driver seems nice. Other than that, find another way to go to JFK.

This is the totally unsafe ride on a pick up from JFK to Albany on 8-27. The vehicle had 5 people. The driver said four, BUT did not include himself as a person in the car. This vehicle was way too small for those inside, especially the 3 of us in the back. We were 3 normal sized adults. I sat in the middle, and could not buckle the seat belt because there just wasn’t room, and pretty much rode side saddle all the way. I sat on the buckle holder the entire ride. The amount of luggage was way too much for this vehicle, as well. IF we had been in an accident all would have flung forward. This vehicle is meant to hold four adults only!!!!! The one good was that the driver was a kind soul who is doing way more driving than should safely be done. Also, our trip down on the 11th was in a rickety van with little rear wheel suspension. The luggage in the back was not restrained in any way and rolled all over the back, and if there hadn’t been a log jam in the middle , would have been up and down the center aisle. That driver was NOT friendly and drove like a madman. A VERY UNSAFE situation both times. Stay away!!!!!!!

Very good Albany to JFK shuttle service! The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The driver was nice and very professional.
