Whether it's Alan and Jeffrey for openings, or Alan and Bailey for closing, the kids in the store for testing or questions, or the Lancaster office for service and maintenance questions, we have been very impressed with Majestic since our pool was installed in 2012. Alan--in particular--has been super accommodating (and has even gone above and beyond) for both service and openings/closings. The staff at the Depew location has been knowledgeable, polite and helpful at each encounter. We would not hesitate to choose Majestic if we had to do it all over again.
