I was looking for a counter depth, side by side stainless steel refrigerator. I went to several stores (Home Depot, Lowes, a local appliance dealer, etc.) Upon entering Orvilles on William Street in Depew I was greeted by Scott V. He showed us the selection of side by side refrigerators that were counter depth that met out needs. We discussed the two brands we were considering, and I felt like Scott was honest and upfront with regards to the pros and cons of those two refrigerators. He was also very patient. I went home to think about it and read the reviews for both refrigerators. I came back a few days later and ordered the GE GZS221YNFS model. We have had the refrigerator for about 2 months now and we love it. If you are looking for an honest sales person, go see Scott V. at the Depew location. You won't regret it.
