I rented a jackhammer from them. I called 2 minutes after they opened and someone answered and helped me right away. I was initially looking at Home Depot but it was $5 more for the same amount of time. Home Depot didn’t include the bits so that was extra plus a $200 deposit. Taylor tool rental everything was included and didn’t charge me a deposit on it. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.
