I went to the mile’s office and I was greeted by a security guard/officer and was told that there was only 5 seats and that they were full BUT I could wait until someone comes out and then and then would I be able to come in I’ll regardless of of the fact that I was sent there to only get a form! So as I was going to wait as I was rudely commanded, and a young woman pulled in the parking lot fairly attractive and went right to the door and was greeted with a big smile and all I heard was laughing and giggling… as the door swung open and she was let in even though there was only 5 seats and it was filled to capacity! And today I called this time praying for better results only to be placed on hold for 27 minutes, I pray that this is not the normal! Still waiting

If you can go to another one then please do so. The security guard at this place is an ex marine I suppose and has a serious problem with respect..this is by far one of the rudest people ever..we were treated different and disrespectful because we were WHITE!!!! He sighs and moans when he has to get up and assist someone..I kinda thought that was his job..not to mention I'm here because they can't seem to do the smart thing and put both my SSI& SSDI on one card..not 2 .. makes no sense to put one benefit on one card and one on another.. c'mon people.. we're trusting you with our money..

No, you go in fill out your info at the kiosk get a number and when called to the desk make sure you have all the identification / documents needed and that's it, you'll card will be sent in mail.

You have to fill out an ss5 form with original marriages certificate and bring a form of ID to put in drop box I believe they accept drop offs 9-4 Tuesday-thursday
You have to get the Social Security card first
They can't do that especially if they take money out every month to pay it back you need to call them because they tried that with me 10 year's ago found out 2 yrs ago and said they system never updated or a error yeah right...but they regret now cause they still paying me back pay now
