Continuously looses documents that they request to be put in the drop box. They do not return voicemails or emails. Such a disappointment.

You can go online
What's the fax number
Yes, by calling and setting one up. BUT it probably would take longer than just going in and getting a number
You have to keep calling until someone answers. That's what is happening right now I hope you get through soon. Not being able to go in, in person drives me crazy 😒. They should be able to answer the phone better now than before but still no answer 😤. Please don't give up call every day a couple times a day if you have to. Sorry no one's answering your calls just keep trying

I believe so but I think it is only open by either appointment or to drop off paperwork
I do not the only thing I have is some medical records and a birth certificate and I know my social security off the top of my head. I've been trying to get this for 2 years
No.. only appointment and they will never pick up to schedule one
I just put my name and address.
No clue. Just trying to change my last name back to Henson.
I believe right now it is appointment only. All you have to do it fill out a simple form, you can get online. Their drop box is open Tues,Thurs,Fri 12pm-3pm
To make your life easier this office has the drop box inside the building and locked the doors for appointments only. I'm sure they'll gladly give you an appointment set 2 months from now to be allowed inside to use the drop box. Thanks Government.

You can actually check the 800 number for social security office and they will have to verify your information and they will let you know if any activities on your social security number

You need to stop by the Social Security Office and tell them!
Yep, sign in and fill out the form, should be in and out in less than 2 hours
You have to get your birth certificate first, which you answer questions and they send you one, then you need to go to the bmv and get your liscence, then you fill out a replacement form and go back to SSA to get the scc. It's like the worst cat and mouse game ever.
No. You will need to retrieve a copy from your attorney's office, if you had representation, or the Clerk of Courts in the County where your divorce was filed.
