This place is horrible. Rep refused to give me her name, and laughed while saying my opinion was worthless. I tried calling back several times and she answered everytime. She said she was not giving me her name because my complaint was not a real complaint. Claim she have been working for s.s for over 12+ years. How ?! Goodness that was a horrible experience!! Even the supervisor Ms. Reynolds is incompetent of their job. She calls me 8am, stating I called the office 3 months ago with information. Which is inaccurate , but if I did… that was 3 months ago. Calling me now is pointless. This location is a hot mess!

Visit the location, they have a drop box in the lobby. Open til 4pm I do believe. They sometimes have 9x12 envelopes too so you can address to someone's attention and drop right into the box. They will return original documents.

I know that as a disabled person I receive SSDI based on my disability and prior earnings. Other than disability, SSA will not award Sovial Security benefits unless you are at retirement age. I would definitely call to confirm this.
